Introducing Tracy Brown

Trauma Integrated Somatic Nutrition Therapist

Welcome to your blog post. Use this space to connect with your readers and potential customers in a way that’s current and interesting. Think of it as an ongoing conversation where you can share updates about business, trends, news, and more. Tracy Brown accepted a position in dialysis as her first job as a dietitian.

Though she had the entrepreneurial bug, she wanted to give herself time to grow as a professional while she figured out exactly what it was that she wanted to do.

Having realized during school that counseling was something that she was good at, she started to focus on creating a practice of her own. After 2 years of continuing to develop her abilities, she knew it was time to move on and started looking for a new position. Through fortunate circumstances, she was hired into a private practice where she honed in her skills as a counselor and grew her knowledge on eating disorders and trauma.

After 9 years of personal development and growing in confidence, she knew it was time to break out on her own. Her professional and respectful nine month transition from her old job seamlessness led into her own private practice as a Trauma Integrated Somatic Nutrition Therapist.

Tracy is an advocate for growing in your specialty and working on your skills. Her passion for the specialty shines bright during our conversation and conveys her hunger to help others just as she was helped on her own journey.

"Be kind to yourself. You won’t know everything all at once."
